Delivery times for all Limited Edition Shop items are as follows:

  • UK and Ireland: 2-3 days
  • Rest of Europe and USA: 7-10 days
  • Rest of the world: 14-21 days

Please note that these are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. If what you order is in stock we will process your order promptly and you could well receive it earlier. However, If what you have ordered is out of stock, a commissioned piece, or if there will be any delay in delivering an item we will contact you immediately.

Please contact us to ascertain any extra cost. The following gives a rough guide to when you can expect delivery using this postage method.

  • UK and Ireland: Guaranteed next day.
  • Rest of Europe: 1-3 days
  • US: 2-3 days
  • Australia: 3-4 days

These are expected delivery times in working days to major cities and are subject to local customs clearance (please note Customs may charge for importing). For some remote locations please allow at least an extra day. If in doubt please contact us.

We (hawthornefineboxes.com) require payment in British Pounds Sterling (£) either via Paypal.com, or by BACS – bank transfer.  Please note, any Dollar and Euro amounts on this site may not be representative of the current exchange rate. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Our online credit card processing is carried out by Paypal. These secure processors ensure all customer details are encrypted and are never disclosed to third parties. Hawthornefineboxes.com will not approach you for credit card details. If you believe you have received fraudulent emails please contact us immediately.

Prior to packing your box we will send you an image of your gift via email. All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch and securely wrapped. We will also email you once your giftware has been posted and notify you of any tracking codes/signature requirements if relevant.

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent of the law) for the accuracy of information contained within the website or other relating media. These errors may be typographical or technical.

We have tried to ensure that all the images and information given on this web site convey as true an impression of the items on offer as possible. If an item is required to be returned due to an error on our part or is defective in anyway we will offer a full refund at no cost to the customer. If an item arrives damaged as a result of the delivery please contact the delivery service immediately to report the damage, and once they have been notified please contact us.

You may cancel your order by informing us in writing up to five working days after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense in an unused, resalable condition without any damage to the product or its packaging within 10 working days. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left for cancellation to take effect. We will aim to refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating, the customer’s name and order number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation. Please note giftware that has been personalised eg engraving or plaques added, is non-refundable.

We grant you limited personal use of this site. You may not download or modify any portion of the website without prior written consent from hawthornefineboxes.com. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of hawthornefineboxes.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of hawthornefineboxes.com and our affiliates without express written consent. Breaching our copyright will result in prosecution.

  • We reserve the right to alter our privacy policy and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone for any reason, which need not be disclosed.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by us when,

  • We are not in breach of care. And/Or
  • You have breached our terms and conditions.
  • It is a non consumer loss, i.e. lost data, business interruptions and lost profits.

If any part of these terms and conditions are proved unfair under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract will still act. Any legal disputes will be settled in Northern Ireland Courts using local Laws.
